What's on the internet today? Let's find out.
Have you ever wanted to archive random stuff (awkward question alert)? Well, now you can in the wonderful world of the Intrawebs! From NASA space mission audio highlight reels to your favorite Weird Al Yankovic music videos it's there on The Internet Archives! There are loads of things you can do with this lil' website. Here's a not-so-short list of the possibilities:
That's really all that interests me, but there are loads more you can do with The Internet Archive. You can see them all by signing up for an account. Anyways, let's get down to the ratings I set up for this website.
Phew. Okay. Let's see how things pile up. BRING OUT THE EMOTICONS!
Okokokok. In my defense, it is an archive so... Fine. I guess a good score for the idea would be around a 40% (or a ಠ_ಠ). I mean, even that's generous. Archiving stuff isn't a new thing. Okay. NEXT!
No. Just no. It's an organization okay?
It is! Or at least, to a point. I downsized my browser as much as possible when checking this, and the navigation icons seemed to have been a bit squished. So you probably wouldn't want to use it on your phone, but you could.
Speaking of mobile-friendly, my blog could use some upgrades. Yeah... working on that.
The IA is 100% free (like I said, organization)! There are no hidden charges whatsoever on the Internet Archive!
Thankfully no. We wouldn't want our Apollo 11 highlight reels interrupted now, would we?
The court has come to an easy decision. The Internet Archive is hereby declared innocent, and profit will be sentenced to death (along with math. I will never average out numbers as a final verdict).
It's so cool that you've checked out my blog! If you want higher quality content and premium blog posts, then pitch in for less than a cup of coffee a month, or, if you don't like paying and you want to keep up-to-date on my posts, you can subscribe to my mail list here!
Guess what? You can also enter to win some sweet technology from me this Summer! Simply go here to enter to win one of the following so far:
Don't see anything you like? You can also submit your own piece of technology (following the link above), and the votes will pile up on the biggest voted item. Remember, only one or two items will be picked! Good luck.
